4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the speed888 Platform at any time. If speed888 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances — including winnings — may be forfeited.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person.
4.3 You must notify speed888 immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. speed888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.4 Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, are set out in our FAQ. Players with dormant Accounts may reactivate by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

5.4 speed888 processes withdrawals as promptly as possible. Processing times vary by payment method and Account tier. speed888 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
5.5 Funds deposited on the Platform are not interest-bearing. speed888 is not a financial institution and Accounts do not constitute bank accounts.
6.1 speed888 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to specific Supplementary Terms, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance. Real money funds will be wagered first unless specific game mechanics require otherwise. Bonus Funds will not be credited to your withdrawable balance until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
6.3 speed888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In cases where a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable Supplementary Terms, speed888 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and void any winnings derived from it.
6.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant Supplementary Terms. Players who self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy will be excluded from receiving promotional bonuses for the duration of the exclusion period.

9.1 All content on the speed888 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game content, graphics, text, software, and design — is the property of speed888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other licence is granted. 10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes speed888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
11.1 speed888 processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 speed888 may share your personal data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
